    • The industry standard for contacting a customer back is 24 hours; we try to contact you within just a few hours

    • Does the business provide references upon request?

    • We are happy to provide a list of satisfied Menlys Pet Care customers that you can contact to ask any questions about us that you would like!

    • Is the pet sitter insured?

    • Menlys Pet Care carries liability insurance through Pet Sitters Associates LLC.

    • Does the pet sitter have established fees they can quote over the phone?

    • Yes! Our prices are listed on our website and we also offer discounts for certain services that can be discussed when you contact us.

    • Does the sitter meet you and your pets beforehand? Do they charge for this?

    • Every client is provided with a complimentary Meet and Greet where you get to know your sitter and we get to know your pets and their routines.

    • Does the pet sitter provide you with a service contract clearly outlining their policies?

    • Our service contract is included in the New Client Packet. We also include a client profile, pet profile, home guide and veterinary release agreement in our client packets.

    • During the Meet and Greet does the pet sitter seem upbeat and comfortable? Does your pet seem comfortable with them?
