+What areas do you service?
We service Novi, Northville, Farmington, Livonia, Wixom, Walled Lake, South Lyon and New Hudson.
+What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express. Credit card payments can be made on our website through this Pay For Services link, or in person during our meet and greet.
+What if my pet doesn't need a 20-30 minute visit?
We have a 20-30 minute minimum charge. We find that most visits require at least 20 minutes for adequate care of your pet. Once all the house hold and pet care tasks are completed, and adequate attention to your pet, 20-30 minutes is the perfect amount of time. If you feel you need extra time we also offer an extended visit which is 35-45 minutes long and costs $21.
+I need my pet cared for at a specific time, will you be there on time?
Average visits are given a two hour time frame. Puppies and pets with special needs are given a one hour time frame. If your pet absolutely needs a specific time, the visit will be charged a $2 fee.
+What do you need from me to get started?
We need a copy of your key and a completed copy of the New Client Packet which will be emailed to you once we receive your reservation.
+Will my keys be safe?
Yes, all keys are individually labeled with a special coding system and are kept safe in a lock box.
+Are there extra fees for holidays?
Yes, if your visit falls on a holiday, there will be a $5 extra fee charged to that visit. Please visit: Holiday Fees to see our list of holidays
+What is your cancellation policy?
Holiday – payment is due in full (no refunds available)
O-48 hours – payment is due in full (no refunds available)
3-4 days – half of payment is due (50% refund)
5+ days – 100% refund.

+Will I have the same dog walker or pet sitter every visit?
Yes, your pet will be with the same sitter at every visit.
+Do you do every other day visits for cats?
Yes we will do every other day visits for cats.
+Will you do shared visits?
Yes we will share visits.
+When is my payment for service due?
If you are requesting service for pet sitting services, payment is due at the time of the Meet & Greet. If you are requesting services for daily dog walking, payment may be left for the dog walker at each visit, or you can pre-pay for your visits weekly or monthly.
